Week beginning 12th September 2022

As part of our theme – Our World: Our Future, we have begun using watercolours to paint a picture of our earth. They are a work in progress and we look forward to adding detail next week.

It has been a great 1st week and the children are settling in to their environment and routines well. They have enjoyed talking about their favourite superheroes and we have shared lots of superhero stories this week.

Art Week

Week beginning 11th July.

Class 1 have thoroughly enjoyed art week this week and have been very busy creating rainbow fish, an ocean role play, their own aquariums and something special for the Flower show. As I am sure you will agree their creations are fantastic and they have earned a well deserved rest. Have a fantastic weekend.

Another busy week, we are continuing our learning and have discovered lots of information about the Maya; their number system, writing and food. Year 6 have now completed their transition days at their next school and finished Bikeability training. Week beginning 20th June

The children had a fantastic day at Walton-on-the-Naze on Monday. They enjoyed hunting for seashells, limpets and barnacles on the sand and in rock pools and testing whether their pin wheels worked.
