Week Beginning 12.12.22
We love the snow! On Monday, we spent our playtime building our very own snow bear. It was super chilly but lots of fun! We then made our own healthy gingerbread in the afternoon.

Class 4 have been investigating if materials are soluble or insoluble. We have been learning words associated with Christmas in German. We also enjoyed watching the pantomime on Wednesday. We are also enjoying our maths lessons.
Stansted Aerozone visit.

Class 1 have continued to enjoy their celebrations topic this week. They have learned about Hanukkah and how it is celebrated and experienced a game of dreidel. Another exciting start to the week, in Class 4 we have been investigating thermal insulators to help Fred, The Air Raid Warden, keep his hot chocolate or coffee warm through his night-time stint on the search lights. We have also been continuing to sew our teddy bears, ready for evacuation.

Class 3 trip to BKK fighters Gym.
Class 3 have started their topic on ‘Super Sports’ . To enrich their learning and try out some more unusual sports activities we took a trip to BKK fighters gym. The children tried a class in wrestling, jujitsu and boxing.
