This week Class 4 have been out and about and had visitor in class.
On Monday Reverend Alex came in to answer questions the children had prepared. Our ‘Big’ question this half term, in R.E., is ‘What difference does the resurrection make to Christians?’ and Reverend Alex visited to help us think about this. Our thanks to him for answering all our questions thoughtfully and helping us with our thinking.
On Wednesday we visited the church, where Reverend Alex told us about the Ash Wednesday Service and its history.
On Friday we visited the Community Library, where we found out about the Dewey Library System and then tried finding books using the skills we had been shown. Our thanks go to the volunteers of Finchingfield Community Library, who created some wonderful tasks for us to participate in and complete.
